Ventia’s Rig & Well Services is Australia’s largest provider of onshore drilling and well servicing. We specialise in rig operations across Australia’s oil, gas, and mining industries. With more than 40 years of experience, many of the world’s biggest resources and energy companies trust us with their drilling and well-servicing operations. As our business continues to expand, we are currently seeking experienced crews to fill the following positions across 3 Drilling and 14 Well Servicing rigs.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas Well Servicing or Drilling operations as a Floorhand or above (mandatory)
- FIFO or DIDO from Toowoomba
- Accredited certification for role (Certificate II, III, IV and Diploma in Onshore Oil/Gas Well Servicing or Drilling Operations)
- Open Manual Drivers Licence (Car or Higher)
- Australian-based experience
- Driller or higher (Valid BOP – Level 3 or 4)
